Team coaching

Team coaching can help teams reach their goals by creating an environment where members are aligned around common purpose and vision. Coaching helps to build trust,  empower and utilize each individual strength, improve collaboration, make powerful decisions, create awareness and better adaptability to challenging situations.

Team coaching can be useful when:

More creative thinking is needed to boost productivity towards next level of growth

The goal of team coach is not to solve problems on behalf of the team. The goal is to create environment, where the team takes ownership of their processes and results, becomes more effective and adaptive.

What is the process?

Team coaching starts with the request of team sponsor (team or organization leader, HR or Learning and Development Lead). First step here is a discovery phase, to get to know each other, clarify the current situation, expectations and questions related to the process. If there is a fit, and commitment to the process, we agree on the details and format that is suitable for both parties.

One team coaching session lasts 1.5-2h. As sustainable behavioral change takes time and practice, not less than 5 sessions are recommended.
